License Validity

We supply a 1 year subscription for updates and support with both the Single Developer/Team and Single Application licenses. However, every license we provide is perpetual - your product will never stop working unless you deploy a version of a product that has been released after your subscription had expired.

For example, you have licensed our product on February 10th, 2011. Until February 10th, 2012 you can download updated versions of this product from our web site and they will never stop working. However, if you try deploying a version released, for example, on February 15th, 2012 - it will not work with your existing license files unless you renew your subscription and receive new license files from us.

Please be careful! Since all our product downloads are 30-day evaluation versions, you may not notice that your license had actually expired. To avoid this, apply your existing license files to all new downloads and make sure that you are receiving our email communication.

Subscription for Updates & Support

Renewing your subscription is optional. However, we highly recommend doing this to make sure that you are always deploying the latest version of our software. Also, we provide the following renewal discounts:

  • within 3 months from subscription expiration date: 50% discount from the full license price (this term is extended to 6 months for licenses purchased before February 16th, 2011);
  • within 1 year from subscription expiration date: 25% discount from the full license price.
