This entry explains how to download your license files from our web site. This might be useful if you have lost your license files, or when we release an updated version of our product that requires new license files.
All license files that we provided to you are avaliable for download in your personal directory in the on-line [Support System http://support.medialooks.com].
In order to log in to the Support System use your email and password.
To download the license files:
- Log in to the on-line support center, using your e-mail and password.
- Click "My Subscriptions" tab on the left side on the interface.
- You'll see a list of licensed products. Please, choose the product and click "Download".
