Downloading license files

This entry explains how to download your license files from our web site. This might be useful if you have lost your license files or when we release an updated version of our product that requires new license files.

The license files to your product subscriptions are available for download in your account in our on-line Support Center.

To download the license files:

1. Log in to the Support Center with your e-mail and password.
2. Click "My Licenses" tab on the left side of the interface.
3. You will see a list of licensed products. Click the "Download" link near the required product.
