DirectShow filter for synchronizing audio & video from live sources.
Overview
Usually in live capture devices (this does not include DV devices) there is no synchronization for audio/video streams. This might not be critical in some use cases. However, over a certain period of time the de-synch might become noticeable. The purpose of the Audio/Video Synchronizer filter is to eliminate this problem by adjusting the video stream to the audio stream.
With Audio/Video Synchronizer the de-synch can be decreased to 1-2 frames during 24 hours while without the filter it can be up to a minute.
Features
- Correction of bad media times & stamps.
