You can do this with the [[Vision Mixer SDK]]. You can download it from [http://rm.medialooks.com/downloads/vision_mixer_sdk.exe here].

Your need to do the next:

# Start the ... sample.
# Add first (background) video (the file or live input).
# Add second (keying) video.
# Add the second video to mixing. "Add Rect", right click on preview input video (small), right click on video output (big). Now only the second video is visible.
# Specify the chroma-key:

The croma-key works by the following algorithm. The colors inside the ellipse with center point R,G,B (value) and axis (dR,dG,dB) (delta) inside color cube (with R,G,B axis) assume as transparent. (let be ellipse 1)

'Smooth edges': mean smooth the edges of not-transparent areas.
'Erode': decrease (erode) not-transparent areas.

Anti-spill correction:
'From borders': The chroma value for pixels near the borders of
not-transparent area decreased.
'Additional delta': For colors inside the ellipse R+dR+dR2, G+dG+dG2, B+
dB + dB2 (the ellipse 1 inside this bigger ellipse) chroma value
decreased.
'Highlight Anti-Spill areas' : The arias for which ant-spill
correction performed highlight by green color.
