Yes, of course. You can chroma-key one video stream over other. For this you need to do the following:

1) Select one stream as background (e.g. select 'First' scene, and by reordering select the desired stream).

2) Add second (overlayed) stream (select the desired stream, 'Add Rect', select input/output rects, or whole rects by right click).

This is a FAQ page for Vision Mixer SDK.

I tested the current object and it only allows a still background. Can another live source be possible as the background source?

Yes, of course. You can chroma-key one video stream over other. For this you need to do the following:

1) Select one stream as background (e.g. select 'First' scene, and by reordering select the desired stream).

2) Add second (overlayed) stream (select the desired stream, 'Add Rect', select input/output rects, or whole rects by right click).

    • After this step you should see the second stream over first or only

the second stream (depends from selected rects).

3) Configure chroma-key for second stream.
